On May 12th, the third “Xinghai Forum” for the young scholars at home and abroad was held in this university. 24 young scholars presented in the Sub-Forum of Ships and Ocean organized by this College of Shipbuilding Engineer, they participated in the discussions over the problems at international frontier, research hot-topics and professional technologies in this industry.
