The project aims to design and control the ice area, the Arctic marine environment and sea ice forecast system observation system, the ice safety navigation support technology, the comprehensive safety and economic ice navigation planning and route optimization. The Arctic route (Europe to China's “Northeast Route” transport provides a complete set of safe, efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.
