The Engineering Structure Laboratory is affiliated to the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center and Mechanics Testing Center for Ship and Ocean Engineering of the Shipbuilding Engineering College of Harbin Engineering University. The laboratory relies on the national key disciplines of “Design and manufacture of ships and offshore structures”, and mainly undertakes the experimental teaching and research tasks of “ship and ocean engineering” and “port and coastal engineering”. The Engineering Structure laboratory has an area of 1,300 square meters, more than 400 sets of instruments and equipment, and the total assets of instruments and equipment is more than 12 million Yuan.
